By using this website and/or purchasing wine direct with the producer, you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 and agree to the following:

No purchase shall be made by a minor and delivery of product must also not be taken by a minor any time with no exception. JL & RL Tucker  trading as Coorara Estate reserve the right to refuse the sale if there is any doubt as to the validity of the purchaser or if there is concern they made be a minor or unsuitable. Every effort will be made by the website administrator and staff of Coorara Estate to ensure these laws are abided by.

Every effort will be made to ship goods as soon as possible with all Australian deliveries expected within 7-10 working days. Shipping will be made via Australia Post and we will endeavour to help settle any issues that arise with unsatisfactory shipping times or handling issues. We unfortunately cannot control any circumstances that arise after the goods have been shipped with Australia Post.

In the event of goods being unreasonably damaged or not in a satisfactory condition, they can be returned at your expense for a full refund or exchange for the same or similar item.
If an incorrect transaction is conducted or a refund is made we will process this as soon as possible, however, there may be some time elapse with the transaction that is out of our control due to our processing partner or banking institutions involved. We cannot be reasonably held accountable for a delay in refund if it is not in our control.
